Why Confidentiality Is Critical
in B2B Touch Screen Procurement

Custom touch screens embed your structural design, interface logic, and integration specs. These are not commodity parts — they are your core functional IP. A single confidentiality breach can cost you far more than a product failure ever would.

Industrial Equipment Applications

⚠ Competitive Risk

Your structural schematics and HMI interface logic define your product's competitive edge. If these reach a competitor — even indirectly through a supplier's network — you lose the market advantage you spent years building. Our internal access controls ensure your drawings never leave the authorized engineering team.

Medical Device Applications

⚠ Compliance Risk

Medical product designs are subject to strict regulatory documentation requirements. Any unauthorized disclosure of your technical specs — including touch interface configuration and biocompatibility data — can invalidate your regulatory submissions and delay product launches by months. We maintain strict documentation separation across all clients.

Vehicle Navigation Systems

⚠ Brand Risk

In-vehicle touchscreen designs often reflect proprietary UX patterns and exclusive OEM agreements. A supplier who shares your design with another automotive client exposes you to both contractual violations and reputational damage. We sign client-specific non-disclosure agreements before any technical review begins.

Touch screens are core functional interfaces embedded into your end product — not simple accessories. Protecting their design is protecting your entire solution.

Core Protection Mechanisms

How We Protect Your Technical Data

We don't just promise confidentiality — we operate on structured mechanisms designed to prevent unauthorized access at every stage of your project lifecycle.

01

Drawing Access Control

Technical drawings are stored on internal servers with role-based access. Only the assigned project engineer can view client files.

02

Internal Document Classification

All client materials are labeled confidential at intake. Classification prevents accidental sharing across departments or projects.

03

Limited Engineering Access

Access to your project data is limited to engineers directly assigned to your account. No cross-project file sharing is permitted.

04

Version Tracking System

Every file revision is logged with timestamps and user records. You always know exactly who accessed your documents and when.

05

Sample-to-Mass Consistency

Approved sample specifications are locked before mass production. No undocumented changes can be made without client authorization.

Zero Sharing With Third Parties

We are a direct factory — not a trading company. Your order is never forwarded to a sub-supplier. Everything is produced in-house under one roof, eliminating the hidden risk of third-party exposure that trading companies cannot prevent.

Supplier Confidentiality Agreements

Where raw material suppliers are involved, we enforce our own confidentiality obligations on their end. Your project details are never disclosed beyond what is strictly necessary for production — and always under contractual protection.

We Are Ready to Sign Before You Share Anything

We are accustomed to signing NDAs with clients in the US, EU, Japan, and beyond — before technical discussions begin. Here is how it works, step by step.

Data Security

How Your Data Is Managed Inside Our System

Beyond physical access, we maintain strict digital controls over how your files are stored, transferred, and retired. This section gives you visibility into the operational practices that protect your data long after the first NDA is signed.

Internal Server Storage

Client files are stored exclusively on our internal, access-controlled servers — not public cloud drives or shared folders accessible beyond your project team.

Restricted File Sharing Channels

File transfers between us and you use secured channels only. Unsecured email attachments for sensitive documents are prohibited under our internal policy.

No Third-Party Disclosure

Your project data, product specifications, and drawings are never shared with any external party — including sub-suppliers, agents, or trade partners — without explicit written consent from you.

Supplier Confidentiality Obligations

All material suppliers and process partners we work with are bound by their own confidentiality agreements — preventing any indirect leakage through our supply chain.

We are not a trading company. Every order you place is manufactured entirely within our own factory. Your specifications are never forwarded to an unknown third-party workshop — a risk that is unavoidable when working with intermediaries. What you share with us stays with us.

How We Use Your Data — And How We Don't

EU clients under GDPR, US clients with strict IP policies, and Japanese partners with relationship-first procurement standards all ask the same question: exactly what will you do with our information? This section answers that directly.

Used Only Within Your Project

Every file, drawing, and specification you share with us is used solely to fulfill your order. The moment your project scope is defined, your data is scoped to match — nothing flows to unrelated teams, departments, or future projects without your instruction. This is the minimum standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement.

Never Used for Marketing Purposes

Your company name, product category, application details, and technical requirements will never appear in our marketing materials, case studies, social media, or sales presentations — not even in anonymized form — without a separate written agreement. Your trust is not a content opportunity for us.

Projects Are Never Publicly Displayed

We do not publish client project photos, application scenarios, or product imagery on our website or trade materials. Even if your product appears in our production line, we treat visibility of your work as confidential. What we build for you stays invisible to anyone outside our agreement.

Written Approval Required for Any Publication

If we wish to reference your project as a success story or include your logo in partner listings, we will always seek your explicit written approval first — and honor any refusal without question. Client logos and project cases are published only with documented written consent.

Contact Information Is Not Resold

We collect your name, company, and email solely to manage your project and communicate about delivery and technical updates. Your contact details are never sold, rented, or shared with external databases, industry directories, or third-party commercial platforms.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Upon project completion and at your request, we can permanently delete your technical files from our servers. We support post-project data cleanup as a standard service — no friction, no delay. Your data lifecycle is in your control.

GDPR & International Compliance: We understand that European, US, and Japanese clients operate under strict data governance frameworks. Our practices are designed to align with GDPR principles including data minimization, purpose limitation, and your right to erasure. We are happy to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) alongside your NDA upon request.

Long-Term Partnership

Confidentiality as a Foundation for Long-Term Growth

Confidentiality is not just a legal formality — it is the operating condition that makes deep, long-term B2B partnerships possible. The clients who trust us with their most sensitive designs are the same ones who have scaled with us over 5 to 10 years.

Documented confidentiality breaches across our entire client history
  • No cross-client structural leakage. We never share one client's structural solutions, interface layout, or material choices with another client — even in similar product categories.
  • We don't compete with our clients. Our role is to manufacture to your specification — not to develop competing products using insights gained from your designs.
  • Stable supply, predictable quality. Long-term clients benefit from locked-in production standards, dedicated line capacity, and priority access during peak demand periods.
  • Trust reduces overhead on both sides. Once the protection framework is established, collaboration becomes faster, communication becomes leaner, and projects move with fewer friction points.

Dedicated Project Team

Long-term partners receive consistent engineering contacts — eliminating the risk of knowledge loss through personnel turnover.

Predictable Batch Quality

Repeat orders benefit from locked production specs and material standards — each batch consistent with the last, every time.

Priority Capacity Access

Established partners get production line priority during busy seasons — reducing lead time risks that affect your downstream delivery.

Co-Development Ready

Once trust is established, we can engage in early-stage product co-development — contributing engineering input before drawings are finalized.

"Once trust is established, we focus on long-term growth together — not transaction by transaction, but project by project, year by year."
